The department has spacious laboratories and is equipped with latest instruments like Semi-autoanalyzer, Haematology analyzer, Analgesiometer, Histamine Chamber, Actophotometer, Eddy’s Hot Plate, Convulsiometer, Elevated plus maze, Pole climbing apparatus etc., for conducting Practicals and carrying out research projects.

ANIMAL HOUSE FACILITIES
It comes as no surprise that the animal house, approved by CPCSEA (Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experimental Animals), with the Registration number 1395/a/10/CPCSEA, serves as a centralized facility for conducting experiments on mice, rats, guinea pigs, and rabbits, ensuring ethical principles and scientific rigor.
